Authenticate a User (RWC)

When automating your business communication in RWC you often need to arrange users' sign-up and login. At OneReach.ai you can build any logic of user authentification in the channel that serves your needs best. For example, one or two-factor authentification via chat, SMS, voice call, or email.

If your company uses Google Workspace, the RWC enables you to set up authentification of your users with Google. In the Authenticate a User (RWC) Step template, provide your client ID from the Google Cloud console. This Step sends a message with the Sign in with Google button to the chat. If you have your company domain restriction in your Google Workspace, only users with corporate Gmail that belong to your Google Workspace can sign in this way. Otherwise, any Gmail user can be authenticated in your chat. Once Google authenticates the user, the message in the chat changes to "Successefy logged in". Authentification with Google provides a more seamless user experience. In addition, you can benefit from Google authentification features.
